Who is eligible?

Infants or toddlers under the age of 3 who have:

  • Developmental Delays in the area(s) of: language, cognitive, physical, social or self-help skills
  • High Risk - A child whose development is related to a high-risk medical diagnosis that is commonly associated with developmental delays.
Eligibility for the K.I.D.S. program is based on a comprehensive developmental evaluation that is completed by a: Speech/Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Special Educational professional
