Services are provided to help families maximize learning opportunities for their child through typical activities to enhance the development of skills in the following areas:

Communication: How the child understands and communicates his/her wants, needs, and thoughts through talking, nonverbal signals, and gestures.

Cognitive Development: How the child makes sense of their surroundings. This includes how they relate with people, objects, and toys.

Physical Development: How the child is able to move around in their environment and how they are able to use their hands to do activities. This is sometimes referred to as gross motor and fine motor development. The child's vision and hearing skills are observes as well.
- Adaptive Development: How a child uses the skills they have to get along in the world, such as eating, drinking, and dressing.
