There is no cost to the family for any service the K.I.D.S. Program offers.  This program is funded by the North Dakota Department of Human Services and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C.  Early Intervention Services are designed to meet the developmental needs of each child and the needs of the family related to enhancing the child's development.
